Startup Workflow

• Read AGENTS.md first.
• Then read project_context/conventions.md.
• Then read project_context/topics_index.md.

Collaboration Rules

• Treat project_context/ as the durable collaboration memory layer for this repository.
• Keep dated work traces in project_context/session_notes.md.
• Keep reusable multi-turn conclusions in project_context/topics/.
• Maintain discoverability through project_context/topics_index.md.
• When a multi-turn discussion produces a reusable principle, decision rule, evaluation framework, or non-obvious tradeoff, ask whether it should be saved as a topic note.
• If the user agrees, create or update the topic, update the index, and leave a short dated trace in session_notes.md.
