• Skill files describe available verification tools, their applicability criteria, and how to interpret their output
• Read the relevant skill files at the start of every task before writing an implementation plan
• The tool curation stage selects which tools form the Definition of Done for a given task based on these files
• Skill files are living documentation — if a task changes how a tool is used, adds a new tool, or changes a convention, the relevant skill file must be updated as part of that task
