How It Works
The PostToolUse hook triggers after file edits:
- Detects if the file is Markdown (.md, .mdx)
- Parses all tables in the file
- Calculates column widths (accounting for hidden markdown symbols)
- Pads cells for alignment
- Writes formatted content back
